I was very nervous making this, but have wanted to do a wedding cake for some time now so was also excited. Somewhere while putting the fondant on I began to question if it would actually look like a wedding cake when I finished. I started losing confidence. I just kept talking myself through it and am so glad I did. I love that this is my first wedding cake and not something that could have ended up on cake wrecks hahah

I did learn some things….that I couldn’t change on this particular cake, but will in the future, like hiding the ribbon ends behind the flowers. It was also my first time using ribbon
