Orange is Samuel’s favourite colour so everything on this cake had to be orange, which I complimented with a little bit of Sonic the Hedgehog blue. 8" triple layer vanilla sponge with whipped vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam, covered in a vibrant orange with contrasting white stars and toppped with hand cut letters and a hand sculpted edible model of Miles ‘Tails’ Prower (who I hadn’t heard of until about a month ago, but now know to be side kick and best friend to Sonic the Hedgehog, of course!) Happy Birthday Samuel!
