With friends flying in from Australia and they just happen to be my biggest supporters of my work, I was at my wits end thinking of ideas as to what I was going to do for them seeing as last time I did an Aussie theme cake. So I love the naked ganache look on a cake and so that is what I decided to do. With a few flowers I had just made molds for the day before, a little ribbon and some wafer paper grass and eureka a pretty little cake. How I wish all cakes came together this easily.
