The brief for this cake was 1920’s, Gatsby inspired. The client was having a joint 90th birthday with her husband in a prohibition theme, sounded really cool. Their combined ages totalled 90 hence the 90th birthday. She provided her own pearls, brooch and her husbands pocket watch and she was very specific about wanting lace and feathers and the number 90 on top.
