My student, Niveditha Mani created this masterpiece during her course with me on learning advance fondant techniques. Having beautiful ruffles on the bottom tier in hot pink and a lovely patchwork with polka dots in the middle and honey comb on the top tier in deep orange to top the cake with open sugar peony.
