This 3-tier cake was for a friends 40th Birthday. She loves tropical fish and the theme of her party was colourful. The venue in London also had lots of bright fish tanks around (which I didn’t know about until I arrived) So the cake matched the venue perfectly.

The bottom tier is a gluten and dairy free carrot cake, the middle tier is lemon and poppyseed with home made lemon curd and the top tier is chocolate fudge cake.

The middle tier is all hand painted.
