This cake was made for a lovely couple who married today in brilliant sunshine at Tracy Park Hotel near Bath. The base tier was a chocolate truffle, the middle carrot and the top lime and coconut. I used my pasta machine to roll out all my flower paste on an ultra thin setting to make the David Austin roses as delicate as possible. I also tried to incorporate every colour and flower that the bride was using in her bouquet.
