51 cake artists from around the world recently came together to honour a very special group of people…MOTHERS!
Each artist chose a flower and created a cake to showcase it. I chose the Hydrangea because it is one of my Mothers favourites, like most mums she has been there with me through the ups and downs that life throws at you!! I know I wouldn’t be the person I am today without her!

I was so honoured to be invited to be part of this collaboration.
