A triple layer vanilla sponge sandwiched with whipped vanilla buttercream and covered in vibrant blue with airbrushed green gradients. Decorated with corals, sponges and starfish in bright pinks, purples, oranges, yellows and reds and topped with edible models of Ariel, Sebastian and Flounder. Hand modelled, with hand painted faces and 100% edible. I had real fun with this one and loved working with so many vibrant colours.
