The cake is an Eggless Chocolate cake filled with alternate layers of Raspberry Mousse and Milk Chocolate Mousse and the frosting is Dark Chocolate Ganache. Roses, leaves and numbers are gumpaste and the frame is White Chocolate brushed with silver luster dust. The kids mailed me the loving couple’s pic and took the printout on a sugar sheet.
