Congratulations to Karen and Darryl who were my first Tuesday wedding! They wanted striking red roses on a simplistic black and white canvas. I love making sugar roses and this bouquet was made on a plaque for Karen so is was easy to remove and keep in tact as a momento.
Top tier- Red Velvet with lemon cheesecake filling.
Bottom tier- Chocolate mud with layers of raspberry swirl and light chocolate ganache buttercream.
