This cake was made for a lovely lady who was turning 21. The brief given for this cake was red and ombre ruffles. The design reminds me of a beautiful evening dress with a ruffled long skirt, and embroidered red bodice and a large white and black magnolia head piece. I was really pleased with the way it turned our and it does resemble the lady the cake was made for… beautiful.
