I have finally found some time to upload a few of the cakes I have been busy making over the last few weeks and whilst I’ve been keeping a keen eye on everyone else’s’ amazing cakes, I’ve been tied up with my alter security career working on a film being made here in Norwich.
So my first offering (and I apologise now for clogging up your feed for the next 10 minutes!) is today’s 2 tier birthday cake – both tiers were vanilla, filled with vanilla buttercream, fresh raspberries & white chocolate curls. It was my first encounter of ‘Dusty the Plane’ – being of a certain age ;0) the customer was lucky their cake didn’t end up being decorated with the only other ‘Dusty’ I know – the bin from the 80’s show ‘3-2-1’ !!! x
