This was my wedding cake entry for Cake International at ExCel in London over the weekend, for which I won bronze.
It was inspired by My Fair Lady, and Audrey Hepburn’s outfit for the day at the races.
The sugar flowers on the top and the board are gardenias (using Jacqueline Butler’s gardenia class) and black freesias.
