I was asked to go all out with this cake. The customer wanted a lavish 3 tier for her 7year old in the Style of Choccywoccydoodah (a British cake boutique). What I gave them was inspired by their lavish chocolate designs. I also added a fake (dummy) tier and tried my hand at billowing. I really enjoyed the design of this cake as it really tested me until the final star and rose was placed. It was a gamble that paid off as when the lady came to collect she burst into tears of joy, thank goodness.
