Had some gumpaste hanging around and when I saw this http://0.tqn.com/d/gardening/1/0/4/J/PinkPeony.jpg, I knew I wanted to try it in sugar. Color did not photograph correctly but you get the idea. Used a daisy cutter for the center. The outer petals I just hand cut them.
