Today is my birthday and made this for myself. This is my first time using sugar lace and it turned out really nice thanks to the recipe by Jo Orr from Ciccio Cakes (link below), and the only other decorative item is a black rose. The cake itself is a light pistachio cake with a hint of lemon and pistachio cream. Hope you like it !!
