I made this cake a few years ago for a lovely little girl whos nanna was a neighbour. Unfortunately her nanna passed away last year :( she was an admirer of all my cakes and used to always give me baking bits and bobs that she had! She had me make this for her granddaughter Elli-Jo who was hello kitty mad!
Kitty is all hand carved from vanilla cake and held in place with a large skewer. Love the black and pink design of this cake. Thanks for looking xx
