Blue Ruffle Rose for Claire

Birthday cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday. Elegant but not fussy, just like her. (I wanted to put a flower on top, but she said no. Oh well.) By the way, this is a very small cake, which is why the top tier looks so rounded — it is!
