This is all edible. This cake was made for a Celebrity .chef fundraising event. The cake fed more than 400 people. Flavors were wet coconut, mandarin orange Cremeans and vanilla. Entire hog is cake, snout is rice crispie treat and modeling chocolate, gumpaste and fondant flowers and accessories.
