I thought I’ll share my latest cake. Again this is a first timer for me as I never made a ruffle cake before. But boy, what fun. :-)
It’s also a bit of a change as most of my cakes lately where children’s cake so it’s a pleasure to make a pretty “grown up” cake.
By the way I made this cake for my mum. So I got to eat some too. ;-)
Top cake is vanilla sponge with chocolate filling and the bottom one chocolate sponge with chocolate filling.
