“YOU SHALL NOT EAT CAKE!” Ha, ha! I loved making this Gandalf – Lord of the Rings Cake. It, I mean he (LOL) stands 45cm tall. It’s vanilla sponge and dark chocolate ganache. I was quite pleased with the outcome except for the staff which, for some unknown reason, did not dry properly.
