When I saw the course Pirate Ship by Paul Bradford I knew I wanted to make this one. One week later the mother of my daughter’s friend asked me if I wanted to make a cake for her son. She was in for this, being my guinea pig she took a risk, but it turned out just fine. The birthday boy didn’t know about it and he was so surprised, it was fun to see him react to it.
It’s a chocolate cake with lots and lots of chocolateganache. mmmm…..
