When I was asked to do a Finding Nemo cake for a 21st I had a challenge not to make it look like a child’s cake. I had so much fun creating it, my first time using isomalt and my first time putting a light into a cake. To do that I cut a hole in a cake board and fit the light into that and put the other cake board with the top tier on top. Hope you like it!
