This lady was fab to make. I sketched her up a few weeks ago when the idea came to me one evening and I am actually thrilled she is now real. Standing 26" tall and 24" wide, this dancer is made from cake, modelling chocolate and fondant. Her underskirt has been made using cake lace, along with finer detailing piped and painted. Lastly she was airbrushed to enhance the layers of clothing and colours.

This is amazing, I just got asked today to do a day of the dead/ sugar skull type cake but it will look nothing like this. Awesome!
