I must admit I was a little nervous when I was given the colours for this wedding – ivory, teal and apricot. So off to the drawing board I went and created this four tier Wedding Cake. 27 roses, buds and diamonds on wires made up the sprays, with a diagonal ivory and teal fondant draping. I was really happy with the end result.
