This is one of my new display cakes. It fits with my new theme of trying to keep everything as “edible” as possible. Wafer paper plays a huge part again and also helps to reduce the wait if the overall cake which is good for my back! The new precoloured edible lace is wonderful to work with and adds so much drama. :-)
