Another cake from a few years ago! Sorry about the bad pic.
This was vanilla, jam and buttercream in the bottom tier and chocolate mud, choc fudge buttercream in the rest of the cakes. The roof of the carousel is all cake and the horses are piped royal icing runouts, im sure the girl I did this for still has them! :) xx
