For Jessica’s 4th birthday – she loves Sofia the First and will be wearing her costume to her party. Sofia the First is on the right and Jessica is on the left – she loves seeing herself as a princess, especially with her glasses!
I love her face – I think she likes it!
Sofia’s tiara is on the top and her amulet around the top tier.
The bottom tier has millions of ruffles – well it felt like millions! Personally I never want to see another ruffle……..
Each cake is 3 layers of vanilla Madeira filled with strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream (pink) and covered with Belgian milk chocolate ganache.
