A friend asked me to make her daughter’s first birthday cake. Mia loves Minnie. It’s a very popular design so I’ve added a black band in the middle with her name on it for something different. It had 6 vibrant rainbow layers inside layered with white chocolate ganache. The head was a dummy cake with fondant bow and ears.
