This a 50th birthday cake for a dear friend who is 50 today. She has gone through a really rough time and her confidence and self esteem have taken a real knock. I asked friends and family for words that sum her up for them. 23 of the words are on the cake. We made a picture of all of the words to give her as well which I have attached too – with some words appearing a few times so she can see how many times they came up!
