Back in April, I was asked to submit photos of a cake for consideration to be published in Cake Central Magazine’s Fashion Issue. Having less than two weeks to plan, prepare and photograph my cake I was a little worried that it might miss the mark, but thankfully it all worked out and I’ve been published for the second time! I would like to mention that I took these photos myself on my Mom’s front porch with a camera that I’d only owned for a month and zero experience behind the camera or with editing. Surprisingly, my shots turned into magazine-quality photos. I’m honored to be included alongside so many talented artists.
