My first attempt at modeling Winnie the Pooh—-wearing a Tom Brady jersey! It’s for a first birthday party where the parents are huge Patriots/Brady fans, & the father dresses the baby in a Brady jersey every time they play & is superstitious about it!

The little smash cake doesn’t ‘match’ because they just wanted something simple & I’ve been enamored with huge buttercream roses lately, so it was a great excuse to make one!

Vanilla Almond cake with white chocolate buttercream filling & dark chocolate ganache. Fondant is homemade. All edible except for the Happy Birthday letters.
