Bling bling winter birthday cake!

I made this cake with no fondant! I wanted to keep This cake very light in taste,so I covered the cake in a white Chocolate ganache, and the swirls are made with whipping cream. This cake was a white cake filled with fresh strawberries and whipping cream and soaked with amaretto liqueur. I love the way this cake turned out, I hope you all love it as much as I do.
