The Bethlehem nativity landscape was done on modeling chocolate which was then wrapped around the cake – inspired by Lauren Kitchens Craftsy class “Cityscapes”. The cake consist of three layers: two layers of lemon cake with a a layer of baked cheese cake in between. A thin layer of cranberry filling was used between the cake and cheese cake layers.
