My name is Erin Schwartz and my business is Stacked! I specialize in custom cakes, sculpted cakes are my favorite! Cakes are my passion and have been for a while now. I also have a degree in baking and pastry arts, so I occasionally create custom cookies, cupcakes and dessert tables as well!
