Hi,

I am an amateur that enjoys making cakes for my son. He is only 4 so I don't have that many cakes under my belt however, each year they have become more demanding!

I am a Design and Technology teacher (Product Design) so many skills are a little bit transferable :). I am lucky in that I have had access to a laser cutter which helps me to manufacture templates and jigs.
