I’m a Document Controller for a building contractor.
In my spare time I like to dabble in cake making (and eating), I'm also a champion bowl licker (unless it's chocolate flavour - bleeurgh!)
Caking has had to go on the back burner for a while. Working in Bristol during the week and travelling home for the weekend doesn't leave much time for them (so how come I'm getting bigger????)
