My interest in cakes began way before i even realised my obsession.
My Dad still swears it was the little marzipan snowmen that we made together and put on top of our annual Christmas cake year and years ago that started my passion!
I set up Baked by Sunshine in Melbourne, Australia in 2014 after years of painful practice and a ridiculous amount of research and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
Since then I've been designing and creating cakes and custom edibles for various events and clients all around the state, and I've loved every minute!
