I was absolutely stoked to be asked by Cake Central magazine to collaborate for their annual Fashion Issue. My contribution was inspired by one of Alexis Mabille’s striking Paris fashion week designs. My cake includes edible gold leaf, handmade hot pink fantasy flowers and overlap lace texture fondant.
