Unable to upload more then one photo

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me with uploading photos. I have managed to upload cakes in the past but only once with more then one photo.

For the past week and a half I have been trying to upload 3 photos for a particular cake. When I first log in I can upload one but not the others. If I refresh and try again I can’t upload any until I log out and start again where I can only upload one again!
They are all approx 120KB I don’t know if this is too large?! I have tried saving them in a different place on my mac (a folder and Iphoto)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you

Toni (White Crafty Cakes) ...

I’m sorry you are having trouble uploading more than one photo. I don’t know too much about computers, but I have never had any trouble with uploading up to 6 different views of a cake. Here is how I do it. Go to My Cakes Decor, click on new cakes, Type in the title of the cake, click browse, and select where your cake picture is stored, then push the upload this picture button. The first cake picture you select will be the main picture. You can then push browse, and upload this picture again, and upload up to 6 different views of your cake. I hope I could be of some help!

Hi, could you be more specific please? Did you get any error message or what happens when you are uploading your pictures?

Hi Michal, thank you for your response. It just shows the loading bar (sometimes for hours!) where it says it may take a few seconds depending on size. Any idea why this is? I am going to email them to another computer and try from there, but I am able to upload to facebook so not sure what is going on!
Thank you!
Thank you for your reply Toni, hopefully it will work soon!
