A little about me. ..

Hi there! My name is Danielle. I live in south Florida. I’ve been decorating cakes for over 15 years in a commercial bakery pumping out anywhere from 20-50 buttercream cakes in a day. Now, I work from my own kitchen, at home, and take my time working on cakes with fondant, modeling chocolate, etc…. it’s a whole new world and I’m so excited about learning more new things all the time! Oh, and I LOVE being my own boss! Thank you for your feedback! :)

Hello and welcome! I just stumbled onto this site a few months ago and I’m really enjoying it! I’ve owned a bakery for 35 years and was the only decorator for most of those years. My daughter started decorating about 5 years ago and I started looking at cake sites a couple years ago and couldn’t believe all the new techniques I’ve been missing all these years!! I’m enjoying making cakes with new techniques now at my own pace.
