Ha, ha, thank you Zoe, with great difficulty Zoe!! I had to do some engineering and make an armature for support using angled wooden dowels and wood that I cut to shape, not the easiest thing to do and then ice but I enjoyed the challenge!

The funniest part was that the lady who ordered it phoned to ask if it was ready to which I replied yes she could collect it whenever, (now remembering that this was a huge cake and extremely heavy) she then said she would be walking round in a minute. I had to be careful not to laugh because when she ordered it she had come with a stick because of her knee replacement. I explained that actually the cake was really heavy and big and I really didn’t think she would be able to carry it, she replied Oh I thought I could put it in a carrier bag and take it home!!!! I told her that perhaps it would be better if her son came with her in the car to pick it up!!!!!!! :D I think she realised when she saw it lol
