mmmmmmm sounds delicious!! i have to try it!! Ü

Does it dry at room temperature? Because i was asked a 5 tier wedding cake without fondant to be covered in chocolate and since i’m not a friend of modeling chocolate i just thought of using several layers of chocolate ganache and let it dry at room temp. Does this recipe dry like that? Or what would you reccomend? Thanks!

Is this ganache good under the fondant? Thank you.

I’ll try this recipe! :-)
