Artisan Confections by Ana

Hi!

It's been almost two years since I finished my Wilton courses. A lot has happened since then. It started with a love for baking and most of all, decorating cakes and it has evolved and transformed into a passion for figure modeling. All the work I do is shared on my Facebook page Artisan Confections by Ana.

Aside from that, my current business is about alfajores, a delicious delicate sandwich cookie filled with dulce de leche that melts in your mouth. This is a South American delicacy that we produce with great attention to detail and ship anywhere in the U.S. They are baked fresh and dressed for an special occasion.
