I am a self-taught cake decorator. My son asked me to make his wedding cake August of 2012. I spent a month in the kitchen practicing and learning techniques from the internet. My love of cake decorating was born! The creative outlet is amazing, and it is so rewarding to make someone's event special :)

Love your coke cake. Daughter-in-law wants one for her birthday. Did you use a balloon stick to support the coke can? Is the “coke” chocolate?
I used a skewer to support the coke can and yes the coke is chocolate :)
