Hi!! You can use airbrush but with chocolat color for airbrush or if you use cocoa colors use a airbrush 0,4 or more

The only airbrush colours i have are americolors, so are these no good for chocolate?

I hav airbrushed on white ganache…. with normal airbrush colorsss…. it WORKS … 😊

I don’t have an airbrush Christine. But I have coloured white ganache several times by colouring the cream. Worked a charm. Always did a shade darker, because, once set I found it lightened up.

The bottom tier here was ganached and airbrushed… just be carefull to let it dry… it wont dry as fast as on fondant… buy it eventually will

i think im gonna colour the ganache first cos i may not have time for the cake to dry……decision made, i’ll sleep better tonight, thanks everyone xx

Ha Ha Christine…I never ask for specific cakey stuff at Christmas..my family hasn’t a clue. I have hinted for cakey gift cards tho.

I’m with June, I’ve coloured white ganache and it worked out brilliantly – I was really happy with the result. I have also then painted over coloured ganache to add shading and again this worked really well with americolour and lustre dusts.

What psi do you use for airbrushing the Ganache?

I use colored candy melts for drips.
