kitchen tour

Hello! This is my catering kitchen where I prepare cakes and food for catering. I have a collection of items over the years, as I opened in 1986. You will see a commercial pizza oven that was left when I moved into this shop, I adjusted the upper and lower dial temps to bake perfect cakes! So I use everything, if it works properly. You will see some white cabinets with yellow countertop that were in the kitchen, that are built in, so those were left as well. This house was owned by a senior citizen organization, and they had it for sale. They had a commercial kitchen, so I was in luck, because who wanted to renovate the most expensive room in a house or shop!!
I changed my profile picture so you can see a winter photo of the shop/ house I am in.
You can also see some outdoor pictures of the porch, etc.. in summer months, so much more colorful in those photos, than winter months.

• My favorite tools are my three kitchenaide mixers, and I can’t leave out my offset spatula to get my buttercream smooth.
• I also posted pictures of some outdoor areas as well, that inspire me around the shop/ house.
• I would love to post more, but am thinking with the category being kitchen, I should have more of those pics~ ;)

I take my outdoor cake pictures when the weather is good on the front porch.
