Cake mailed from Westport MA to Austin TX

Just wanted to show you how the cake arrived. Last year’s cake made it in better shape. But all in all, it is not too bad considering it traveled almost 2000 miles. Had to make a new handle since the other one broke before mailing & had to remove boardin order to fit the box.

This is pretty much how I packaged mine http://www.fondantflinger.com/2013/12/17/shipping-a-cake/

Wow… That’s incredible to know, I wouldn’t have believed it possible!

Last year’s made it in even better shape.

Wow…… How?? Did you have to use a special courier who kept it upright? This i think has broken what I know about the universe hahah

It looks wonderful! I can’t believe both cakes had made it so well!!
