Any time is a good time for a FIESTA!

When I was asked to make fiesta themed mini cupcakes for an engagement party, I was thrilled! Not only is the person getting married one of the nicest people I know, what a cool theme for an engagement! Talk about thinking outside the box.

The original rundown was for chili peppers and mustaches. I couldn’t stop there. You can’t have a fiesta without a cactus! So a herd of cacti were born and then to balance it out with all the testosterone happening I added some flower puffs (that’s what I’m calling them) that reminded me of the skirts of the senoras in Mexico.

This is what I came up with. Hope you all love them as much as I enjoyed making them.
